Please be advised that I do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

If an item you have purchased is faulty please contact me via email to arrange a replacement.  If a replacement is not available I will refund the purchase amount or offer an alternative.

Please contact me prior to sending any item back, as  I will not issue a refund unless I have been contacted first.

Any additional postage incurred to return the faulty product and send a replacement will be paid by Platypus Creek Stamping and Craft.

If I am unable to provide you with a suitable replacement and you wish a refund, you will be refunded the total amount including any additional postage paid.  

All items are sent via Regular Australia Post unless an alternate method is requested at checkout.  Once the item has been posted no responsibility will be taken for items lost by Australia Post.  If you have experienced problems with mail delivery or had items go missing in the past, it is your resposibility to request your items be sent by registered post.   Additional charges for this service will apply.
